This headset is really good. I had $189 Plantronics sets sitting in a box on the shelf to my left
but used this KX-TCA style instead because it is BETTER for these Panasonic phones.

SELLCOM reserves the right to charge a $15 handling charge (plus shipping) for returns or cancellations. Shipping is free only if you keep the product. (You simply need to notify us within that 14 day period of your request for RA. Your RA number is then good for 20 days to give you plenty of time.) This only covers phones systems ordered with the original system at the same time and requires a confirmation form with a customer signature. (we email you the form to sign and FAX back to us and then we email you a RA number and return address). All returns must be pre-approved and require a RA number. This guarantee is only for systems delivered to the US. Merchandise must be returned in new condition in original packaging with all cords, manuals etc. All returns must be pre-approved and require a RA number. Accessories batteries and headsets are not returnable.

* 90 Day hot swap warranty may require a signed form outlining our agreement and authorizing us to charge your card if the defective unit is not returned as agreed. Also tech support may need to confirm that your unit has a warranty issue. Other than that it is pretty simple, we send you a brand new unit and pick up the bad one. Of course you still have the full manufacturer's warranty too.
