I purchased the Brick Wall PW2R15 Outlet. Nancy at Sellcom was extremely friendly and helpful and she bent over backwards in an effort to get my order on the way as quickly as was humanly possible (she sensed my impatience). I received the Brick Wall unit quickly and packed very securely. I've been using it for a few days now and am very, very pleased with it. It's solidly built (I opened it up), looks nice and I feel more secure with it between the old electrical wiring in my apartment and the new audio equipment that I'm trying to protect. This was my first purchase from Sellcom, they had the best price on the telephone I wanted. My order was recieved promptly. When I hooked up the phone, it didn't work properly. I contacted the manufacturer and I would have to return it to them at my expense for replacement or repair. Sellcom offered to do a "hotswap". They sent me a new phone (which worked great)and a prepaided fedex airbill to return the defective phone. Sellcom had the best price on the phone and superior customer service.
