The Sonorous® Model 2 is a state-of-the-art digital audio
recording and playback device designed to provide a continuous-play audio source
for message-on-hold, background music or any other audio application where
high-quality audio playback is required. The audio program is loaded from a CD
with standard MP3 files onto high-density flash memory using a pure
digital-to-digital file transfer. After audio is loaded the CD can be removed
and the audio is played from the 8Ω and 1KΩ RCA output jacks on the rear of the
unit.
The Sonorous has a base memory of 64-minutes which can be used for
message-on-hold or shorter message applications. For longer message applications
such as in-store messaging and background music the Sonorous is available with
message times up to 34-hours.
The Sonorous is also available with the optional Sonocrypt® encryption key
technology. This technology enables you to protect your units from being loaded
with any end-user MP3 file. When a CD is burned for your customer an additional
key file must be placed on the CD to make it work. These key files are only
supplied to dealers using this feature.

The Messager® MP3 is a state-of-the-art digital audio
playback device designed to provide a continuous-play audio source for
message-on-hold, background music or any other audio application where
high-quality audio playback is required. Messages are stored on non-volatile
removable flash media cards called Message Mates, and are available in
capacities from the base 64-minutes to well over 8-hours of storage. The
Messager is capable of playback of MP3 files from 8Kbps all the way up to full
CD-quality audio playback of 128Kbps/48KHz.
Message Mates can be programmed using the Messager MP3 and a
standard PC running Windows XP® or above. Simply plug a USB cable from the
Messager into an available USB port on your com
puter
and the Message Mate plugged into the Messager will show up as a removable
drive. Once connected, files can be added or removed by a simple drag-and-drop,
just like you would with a digital camera card or any other type of removable
media. No special software is required - just plug and go!
