The Dock-N-Talk works great  it is a huge improvement over the RCA and Motorola cell docks we have used. We actually have our cell phone (Motorola V325i) in the garage attached to an external yagi antenna. The Dock-N-Talk is in the house  separated from the cell phone by one wall and about 25 feet. The Bluetooth connection works fine with this set up and the sound quality we are getting is great. Just a short note about the great service I received from your company. You processed my order on Thursday Feb 8th. I received the Dock-N-Talk on Saturday Feb 10th! Setup of the unit was a breeze; however I must admit that I'm a retired Broadcast Engineer. I was surprised that the Motorola Razr V3 automatically acquires the Bluetooth signal from the Dock-N-Talk EVERY time you walk into the house. It is a great product. Our phone systems ordered at advertised pricing  have a 14 day (from date of delivery) return policy.  SELLCOM reserves the right to charge a  $15 handling charge (and  shipping costs ) for returns or cancellations.   Shipping is free only if you keep the product. (You simply need to notify us within that 14 day period of your request for RA.  Your RA number is then good for 20 days to give you plenty of time.) This  only covers phones systems ordered with the original system at the same time and requires a confirmation form with a customer signature. (we email you the form to sign and FAX back to us and then we email you a RA number and return address). All returns must be pre-approved and require a RA number. This guarantee is only for systems delivered to the US. Merchandise must be returned in new condition in original packaging with all cords, manuals etc. All returns must be pre-approved and require a RA number.   Accessories batteries and headsets are not returnable.
* 90 Day hot swap warranty may require a signed form outlining our agreement and authorizing us to charge your card if the defective unit is not returned as agreed.  Also tech support may need to confirm that your unit has a warranty issue.  Other than that it is pretty simple, we send you a brand new unit and pick up the bad one.  Of course you still have the full manufacturer's warranty too.
