Our Polycom systems ordered at advertised pricing  have a 14 day (from date of delivery) return policy. SELLCOM reserves the right to charge a   restocking/handling fee (plus shipping) for frivolous returns or cancellations.  We will be glad to discuss your needs BEFORE you order if you have doubts. Shipping is free only if you keep the product. (You simply need to notify us within that 14 day period of your request for RA.  Your RA number is then good for 20 days to give you plenty of time.) This  only covers phones systems ordered with the original system at the same time and requires a confirmation form with a customer signature. (we email you the form to sign and FAX back to us and then we email you a RA number and return address). All returns must be pre-approved and require a RA number. This guarantee is only for systems delivered to the US.
