SELLCOM reserves the right to charge a $25 shipping/handling charge (or actual cost if greater) for returns or cancellations. Shipping is free only if you keep the product. (You simply need to notify us within that 14 day period of your request for RA. Your RA number is then good for 20 days to give you plenty of time.) This only covers products ordered with the original system at the same time and requires a confirmation form with a customer signature. (we email you the form to sign and FAX back to us and then we email you a RA number and return address). All returns must be pre-approved and require a RA number. This guarantee is only for systems delivered to the US. Merchandise must be returned in new condition in original packaging with all cords, manuals etc. All returns must be pre-approved and require a RA number. Accessories batteries and headsets are not returnable. 90 day hotswap warranty may require a signed form confirming responsibility for returning defective unit complete (though we pay the shipping). |
